Shipping Information

Shipping:

  • Lovely Sunshine Crystals uses Australia post for its shipment deliveries.
  • There is the option of pick up for those residing in Sydney,  Please contact Cindy Hayes at sales@lovelysunshinecrystals.com.au  before going through check out should you wish to pick your parcel up so the place and time can be advised and arranged as I do not work from a warehouse and my residence is private.
  • All orders will be picked, packaged and Shipped within 2-3 business days with the exception of those received on Thursday and Friday, these will be shipped the following Monday. Please note though, that there may be delays in times of high volume ordering as processing is done in order of receipt.
  • Postage is calculated at a flat rate of $8.95 per order and will have a tracking number, however,  some items cannot be sent with other items due to their weight and size and so will require individual packaging.  These items will have this stated in their descriptions so you are aware they will need to be shipped on their own. The flat rate postage may also not be available on these items as some are upwards of 5kg once packaged safely which pushes the postage charge into a higher bracket or they may require delivery by courier due to their weight. I will contact you about all the options for these items.
  • Lovely Sunshine Crystals always takes great care to ensure your lovely items are packaged safely and securely for their journey to you, however, should your parcels contents be damaged on arrival due to our handling and packaging we will certainly address your concerns. Please contact us immediately upon discovery with photographs.
  • All parcels sent through Australia Post automatically have insurance up to $100.00, however Should you have concerns about Australia post and the handling of your parcel once it is in transit, we suggest you click the extra insurance option at checkout if your order costs more than $100.00 as Lovely Sunshine Crystals cannot be responsible for the postal system once your parcel has left our hands.
  • Should there be a problem with your order when you receive it,  please take photographs before opening  the box or parcel if it is damaged, then also of the contents once opened, as these will be required if a claim is to be pursued. All claims under insurance are to be directed to Australia Post.
  • Alternatively should you prefer another postal service is used, please contact me prior to completing your order with your request and I will be happy to look into the requested service for you and charge accordingly to their rates.
