Shipping Information

Shipping:

  • Lovely Sunshine Crystals uses Australia post for its domestic shipment deliveries. 
  • There is the option of pick up for those residing in Sydney,  Please contact Cindy Hayes at info@lovelysunshinecrystals.com.au  before going through check out should you wish to pick your parcel up so the place and time can be advised and arranged as I do not work from a warehouse and my residence is private.
  • All orders will be picked, packaged and Shipped within 2-3 business days with the exception of those received on Thursday and Friday, these will be shipped the following Monday. Please note though, that there may be delays in times of high volume ordering as processing is done in order of receipt, and backorder items will ship within 5 to 7 business days from receipt.
  • Postage is calculated at a flat rate below the current Auspost rate per order and will be calculated at checkout and will have a tracking number, however, some items cannot be sent with other items due to their weight and size and so will require individual packaging.  These items will have this stated in their descriptions so you are aware they will need to be shipped on their own. The flat rate postage may also not be available on these items as some are upwards of 5kg once packaged safely which pushes the postage charge into a higher bracket or they may require delivery by courier due to their weight. I will contact you about all the options for these items.
  • All parcels sent through Australia Post automatically have insurance up to $100.00, however Should you have concerns about Australia post and the handling of your parcel once it is in transit, we suggest you click the extra insurance option at checkout if your order costs more than $100.00 as Lovely Sunshine Crystals cannot be responsible for the postal system once your parcel has left our hands.
  • Lovely Sunshine Crystals always takes great care to ensure your lovely items are packaged safely and securely for their journey to you, however, should there be a problem with your order when you receive it, please take photographs before opening the box or parcel if it is damaged, then also of the contents once opened, as these will be required if a claim is to be pursued. All claims under insurance are to be directed to Australia Post.
  • Alternatively should you prefer another postal service is used, please contact me prior to completing your order with your request and I will be happy to look into the requested service for you and charge accordingly to their rates.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is currently available and three main countries are at checkout.
  • Please contact Cindy Hayes at info@lovelysunshinecrystals.com.au before going through check out should you have any questions about shipping rates or questions relating to your items shipment. 
  • You are responsible for choosing the correct weight for your country. The items weight is clearly stated in the description. If you choose a lower shipping weight option to reduce your shipping fee you will be sent an adjusted bill to cover the difference between the shipping rate you chose and the one it actually cost. 
  • If your country is not displayed please 1st check your countries import restrictions to ensure you are allowed to import these items into your country. We can ship to you, however if they are held or seized by your customs we cannot talk responsibility nor refund for that. 
  • All other fees charged at customs is the responsibility of the receiver as all countries have different $ amount allowed to enter before duty is charged. 
  • once you are aware of this please leave your items in your cart and contact Cindy through our contact page or info@lovelysunshinecrystals.com.au for a shipping quote. 
  • Once the shipping quote is done and you are happy to continue it will be added to the cart and you will be able to continue with the checkout process. 
  • Lovely Sunshine Crystals always takes great care to ensure your lovely items are packaged safely and securely for their journey to you, however, should there be a problem with your order when you receive it, please take photographs before opening the box or parcel if it is damaged, then also of the contents once opened, as these will be required if a claim is to be pursued. All claims under insurance are to be directed the carrier used to ship your order. A photograph of your order will be taken prior to shipping so we can provide that in aid of any claim to show it left our hands in perfect condition. 
  • Alternatively should you prefer another carrier than the one quoted, please let me know at the quote stage and I will be happy to look into the requested service for you and charge accordingly to their rates.
  • Please choose your items carefully as we will look at returns on a case by case basis but it is a long and drawn out process with much paperwork. Please read our returns and products disclaimer page for acceptable return policies.  
  • Any return request must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order.
