- Our returns are 14 days from receipt. After this date we cannot offer a full refund or Exchange.
- Certain items are not eligible for returns. Slight scratching’s, a chip, uneven surfaces and divots on all Crystals and Gemstones as they are as we received them and have occurred prior to being received by Lovely Sunshine Crystals.
- In all cases that we are aware of any major flaws and the photos do not display them it will be mentioned in the listing and the price will be reduced to accommodate that.
- To be eligible for a return your item must be unused in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in and not damaged in any way. Please read the shipping info page on what to do if your item was received damaged.
- All the oracle and tarot decks are enclosed in a protective plastic, and those that aren’t have a clear seal preventing them from being opened. If the plastic or seal as been removed they are not eligible for return, exchange or refund as the deck is not in its original packaging/condition and is now classed as used.
- All books must have flat covers with no creases in the spine or pages.
- Some gift lines such as face rollers and scrappers are not accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and they gave it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
- once your return has been received back and checked, we will notify you about whether a refund has been accepted.
- On approval you can either have the amount minus the shipping refunded to the original methods of payment you used or you can receive a gift certificate or you can have a credit placed against your account for future orders.
- The cancellation of your order may incur a $10.00 fee.
- Please notify Lovely Sunshine Crystals as soon as possible if you require cancellation as the above fee will be retained from the refund or credit voucher if the order has already been picked to cover the time of unpacking and replacing the order back in stock both electronically and physically

- All Accepted returns shipped back are at the cost of the sender. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
